General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here his cause for erectile dysfunction has to be ruled out by detail clinical history and physical examination...

Rule out diabetes, hypertension, obesity, cholesterol problem, smoking, alcohol, heart disease etc cause first and treated accordingly.....

Yes spinal problem and neurological nerve damage problem can lead erectile dysfunction for which if needed neurological examination and MRI like investigation done....

Meanwhile take healthy diet and fruits more

Here my advise is to consult physician for examination and neurological examination..
If needed than consult neurologist for it..

Take care

Hope your concern solved
